UFO: Afterlight is the next instalment in the UFO: Aftermath and UFO: Aftershock series, bringing a completely new insight to the story of Aftershock, this time from the perspective of lonely human inhabitants on Mars. Afterlight mixes squad-based combat with global tactics and strategy. Control the actions of elite ground troops, while running the construction of an intricate network of interlinking bases. As you build and command, you’ll also learn new details about the activities of intergalactic organisms, called Myrmecols, in our solar system. Players will meet with brand new technologies, unusual environment and enemies both old and unknown. The action begins on Mars, where an excavation site proves the existence of an ancient, intelligent and highly developed alien civilization… Opportunity to mind-control your enemies and use psionic abilities.
